      Just bad experience. Half of staff not even at their desk, and place is packed!! Useless

      Just had the worst experience of my life, when i came in to the store there was two rows leading to the counters, i stood for almost an hour in the row, when i got to the counter the telkom personel told me i was not in a row and i must go to the back of the row. I will never in my life purchase anything at telkom again and i will cancel my two contracts i have with telkom. Telkom at Kimberley Diamond pervillian just weak weak weak.

      Terrible Service

      waiting for 3 hours in the line at Telkom Shop in Northern Cape Mall to speak to a sales consultant.

      Poor customer service…….. standing in Line for almost 2 hours…. sales consultants look like they are still on holiday

      I dont know where these people get their training from. They sit back like they are working in the government and gets paid to do norhing. Kgomotso Mokhahle clearly dont know what he is doing. Ive been there 3 times to transfer my line. He makes promises and Im still waiting. Pathetic. The manager just looks up and walks passed with no interest.

      How can the sales person at Diamond Pavilion branch (Kimberley)refuse to book in my faulty phone because I didn’t bring the contract??? I immediately contacted Telkom customer care and they confirmed the branch should have used my ID number to get my details, no need for the contract. Such inconsistency!!!!

      Die weer het my ADLS modem uitgeslaan. Ek was meer as 5 keer by Telkom. Ek moes hoelank in ry net om te hoor hul het nie modems nie en dat ek maar een by Incredible connection moet gaan koop vir oor R1000. My man werk van die huis af en ons het internet so nodig. Moedeloos is ek vrydag met ‘n gekoopte modem Telkom toe. Thanzi Sentze toets toe die nuwe modem en se dit werk nie. Ek is so moedeloos en kon net daar sit en huil. Hy se toe ek moet die modem terug vat en my stukkende een bring dat hy dit kan toets. Saterdag bel hy my huistoe en vra het ek reggekom en wanneer bring ek my modem dat hy dit kan toets. Ek kon dit nie glo nie. Ek ry toe dadelik Telkom toe met my ou modem. Hy toets hom en sien dit werk nie. Ek was toe by Matix, Incredible Connection en Game en kry nerens een nie. Thanzi se toe hy sal vir my een leen tot hul weer inkry. Hy was so gaaf en het regtig die ektstra myl gegaan en my gehelp. Ek is so beindruk met sy diens. Ek wou alles kanselleer by Telkom maar die man het my opinie oor Telkom verander! Well done Thanzi Sentze!!! Jy is Telkom se beste!!!! Wens almal was soos jy! As jy nie gehelp het nie was ek nie meer met Telkom nie! Jy verdien ‘n vet bonus en sommer verhoging.

      I have opted to take an upgrade of which i asked for the CAT phone,after waiting 5 weeks i then was convinced to take the Sony ex,i then waited a further 2 weeks.I then returned to the store which i was doing the business with and was then convinced to take the Samsung 6,which i am still not happy with.I had all the paperwork done +/- 6 months ago and they have suspended my line twice due to the fact that Telkom did not debit my acc….This is the worst service i have ever experienced so i have placed a complaint on Hello Peter….You guys are losing business and you are costing your customers money on calls and driving to and from your premises.The landline has not been answered for 4 months now,so im guessing the manager is earning a salary for which he does not deserve as he does not care for customer service nor for the well being of his staff or store.My previous 2 year contract which was taken out in Durban,worked fantastic as well as the payments,but the Diamond mall service has been a nightmare……..im still awaiting a return call from Telkom call centre as from the 17th of February 2016.Im sure we could get a good couple of demonstrators together and parade in front of a company that has no real care for its customers.Please change your tiltle of “customer service” to “have a chat with a random person”…..enough said!!!!!!!!

      On a month end Friday at 2:30 there was only one staff member available. He was more than half an hour busy with one client!
