Mid week jazz with a triple dose of Stone Colour
Break the mid-week blues with a night of refreshing jazz and soul with one of Kimberley’s exceptionally-talented yet underrated music outfits, Stone Colour. The three-piece ensemble is performing live in an outdoor concert at Flamingo Casino’s Entertainment Grounds, as part of the Wild Rides Amusement Park on Wednesday, 8 October. They are among a fantastic line-up of local bands performing as part of the casino’s holiday entertainment programme from 3 to 11 October.
The band will perform some of the own original material as well as renditions of timeless hits by well-known bands such as Van Morrison, BB King, The Doors and the Commitments. So, there is something for everyone.
The band comprises three talented musicians; Jason Horseman (drums and vocals); Roy Visser (guitar and vocals), and Max Therono (bass). They will perform three sets – from 19h00 to 19h24, 20h00 to 20h45, and 21h00 to 21h45. Flamingo Casino encourages the community to come down and support this talented local band. There is no charge to enjoy the concert.
