• This short course will be a 4 x 1 night master classes presented over 4 weeks by Butlers Hotel School and Malu Pork. The course will be focussing on processing and producing dishes using alternative pork cuts like pork mince, pork neck, pork belly and even pork cheeks, as well as “make at home” bacon and pork sausage.
    Classes will be presented Exec chef Daniel Williams and chef Danniélla Cali Loock as well a as well as Guest lectures by: Charles Malherbe (Owner Malu Pork), Reinier de Jager (Pig-a-porki), Mike Williams (owner Butlers).
