Festive Family Fun Day @ Flamingo Casino

Flamingo Casino is turning into a Family Fun Day on Saturday, 14 December 2024, all for a good cause too. All proceeds raised from the fundraising event will be donated to Women to Women, a female empowerment NGO that supports women and children recovering from abusive situations, substance abuse and homelessness.
 
The day kicks off with a Barefoot Victory Walk from Shell Ultra opposite Flamingo Casino at 10h00, ending at the Flamingo Casino Entertainment Grounds. “The Barefoot Campaign raises awareness about sexual violence and is a powerful symbol of solidarity with victims and survivors of sexual violence,” said Women to Women Director, Priscilla Smith. It is open to the public.
 
“Our mission aligns with the spirit of Flamingo’s Family Fun Day as we strive to foster healthy and strong family units, and hope the day will assist us in generating much-needed funds to continue our operations.”
 
Visitors can donate any non-perishable items to the NGO on the day before enjoying a variety of food stalls and kiddies’ entertainment, including face painting and live entertainment.
