      Good day

      I am very disgusted with the tone of voice and sense of treatment received in your outlet on 7 August between 18:00 and 19:00.
      Both Mr and Mrs Nagel was treated badly by the cashier and manager of your shop in the Diamond Pavillion Mall. They were there for only a few nights for business and the one evening deciding to have supper outside the guesthouse they were staying in was a tremendous bad experience.
      Mrs Nagel is blind and the cashier made comments towards her and also behind her back thinking that she is not able to hear her.
      Comment such as “oh, she is blind but she can moan”. This was said after they enquired about their pizzas taking longer than 45 minutes to be prepared and served. Eventually the manager came and refunded their monies and asked them to leave. The outlet staff which was involved refused to supply them with their names in order to file a formal complaint. Nevertheless I hope the date and time in this message can be used as reference as to who was on duty in your establishment that evening.

      We require a full apology from these personnel and disciplinary action from the franchise management.

      This is the type of publicity should it be taken further that can destroy a business very easily.
