    Participate in a 5 or 10km Run/Walk or Cycle on your own route and stand a chance to win 1 of 10 Lucky draw prizes.
    Run, Walk or Cycle for 5 or 10km any distance between 05:00 – 18:00 on the 31st of July 2021.
     
    There will be 10 spot prizes – each participant will be entered into the Lucky draw.
     
    Submit your kilometres & photograph to mbindeman@cansa.org.za with proof of Quicket Entry.
    (Photo evidence is required for both your Quicket Entry Ticket and your Run,Walk or Cycle.
