    Please adhere to the national lockdown Level 1 regulation regarding the Sporting Sector.
    Digital personalised photo certificates to all finishers.
    You may use a treadmill or stationary bike.
    All athletes participate at own risk.
    Entries open from 4 to 16 November 2020 on RWFL Website
     
    All proceeds from the event will go to the Agri Boshof Fund.
