Summer Heat Model & Talent Search 2018

Summer Heat Model & Talent Search, now in its 19th year, is once again travelling to every province of South Africa, searching for singers, actors, dancers and male and female models to join the #SummerHeatFamily. In 2018 we will be hosting 24 auditions to find the most passionate, talented and/or promising contestants in each category to invite to the glittering national awards event at the end of the year.
 
At the auditions, contestants will attend a workshop and then perform for the selection panel. Contestants may participate in one or more category performances (doing more than one category is always a bonus)
 
In the audition round, contestants will be participating against others in their province for a spot in the Summer Heat National Awards weekend where they could be chosen as Summer Heat Singer of the Year / Summer Heat Dancer of the Year / Summer Heat Actor of the Year / Summer Heat Model of the Year etc.
 
Each contestant who is selected at the auditions as a finalist for Summer Heat Model & Talent Search is invited to attend a 5 day weekend to participate in the national annual awards event where they will meet up with and work with contestants from around the country. During this time, the finalists participate in workshops, photo shoots, teambuilding exercises and loads of fun. By the end of the weekend, finalists all feel that they have gained a family and all of them want to enter again the following year to be part of the fun again.
