Very unprofessional. The driver arrived with his girlfriend forcing us to sit atop each other and demanded to to paid upfront for the return trip, said it’s company policy. Then when we call to be picked up, the phone rings and rings yet they claim to operate 24/7. Call them the next day, they apologize and promise a refund, still singing the same song 2 days later. Bunch of scammers.
