Ikaia Africa Accommodation (PTY ) LTD

The accommodation consists of eight units that are well-equipped for self-catering. Our units are furnished with double or single beds and have an en-suite bathroom with a bath-shower or shower each. All bedding and towels are supplied. Your family-friendly unit will have a private entrance and a verandah where you can sit, relax and enjoy the sunset in front of a cozy fire in the built-in braai. Other facilities include; a TV with Hotel Premium package DStv channels, iron and ironing board and, on request, laundry washing, wood, braai packs, and semi-disabled friendly accommodation.
 
Your Unit’s kitchenette is equipped with a two-plate stove, microwave, frying pan, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, kettle, and fridge freezer.
 
For your comfort, there will be tea, coffee, sugar, powdered milk, and rusks and that is free of charge upon arrival.
 
Safe Parking: The entire complex is fenced, well-lit, and has lock-up parking that is designated for each unit.
 
Kindly note that the lodge is a non-smoking establishment, but smoking areas are provided outside.
 
For extended families that reserves several units, please contact us to book you closest together for family Braais and those Lekker koffie conversations.
 
Disabled friendly: Some of our units are Semi-accessible for guests with physical disabilities/challenges. Please contact host directly to discuss personal needs and request carpets to be removed, extra seating in bathroom, etc.

Certified Service Pets always permitted; Please give the hosts, Cornelia or Jasper a heads up before your reservation is made so we can put you in the purrrfect unit that can accommodate you and your pawsome super-hero pet the best. – Free of charge
 
Braai packs are available on request for those who want to enjoy the famous organic Karoo lamb chops and sausage. Limited stock available, contact Cornelia and Jasper for costs and stock.
 
Wood can be supplied on request. Limited stock available, contact Cornelia and Jasper for costs and stock.
 
Laundry washing could be available on request. Contact Cornelia and Jasper for costs and to reserve pickup of laundry.
 
For best quality and smooth sailing, please request the above-listed services before arrival or allow a couple of hours for us to make it possible for you.
 
SUMMER: All the units are equipped with Air-conditioning (hot and cold air) and insect repellent.
WINTER: All the unites are equipped with Air-conditioning (hot and cold air) In the winter all beds are fitted with electric blankets and winter sheets, as well as two warm, thick blankets for those cold Karoo nights.
