      Pathetic staff service, wanted to buy a surround sound system but the staff are not trained and not very helpful, I was so disappointed but will buy it somewhere else.

      Pathetic service. I moved to Kimberley on Thursday 18 December 2014 and went to House and Home to purchase a bed and a washing machine. I was promised delivery on the same day. That did not happen. I phoned several times and was assured delivery will take place. It is now Friday 19:42 and no delivery has been made. I went to the store personally this morning and was once again promised delivery, the promise was not kept. This means I will sleep on the floor a second night in a row. What a horrible welcome to a new city and I will most dey never buy any item from House and Home ever again. Your promise of buy today and sleep tonight is a load of bull.

      I wanted to Buy a frige today, there were only One on display, the sales lady told me that they cant sell it because its on display.what kind of a story is that, every were els they sell stock that is on display, if they dont have stock. I was very disapointed with the two ladies because i Got the impretion that they dont wanted to belp me. Bussiness is bussines.

      Hi, I recently bought a bed and a fridge at House @ Home Diamond Pavilion and I would just like to thank Mr Chris van der Merwe for his exceptional service and the fact that he went out of his way to help me. Will definitely go back to him if I am in need of anything else at House @ Home and have recommended this store to all I know. Thanks a lot

      I wanted to buy two chairs on sale at R5000,00 each.Merchandise did not have a price.One sales woman look up the price of the chairs,then disappeared.We approached another that came to help us but she didn’t know the delivery price.Both did not know what aniline-leather was.We wanted the chairs immediately , but left for the staff are not trained properly. Naturally, we are very dissapointed and will take our business elsewhere in future.
