      it has been a week and no communication has been done to update me about a defective item I brought back. I do not appreciate the incompetence.

      I was in Truworths recently and was made to feel like a criminal because I had a Post Bank card. Unfortunately, Post Bank was offline for much of that day (and we have written to them as well), but when the transaction didn’t go through, I was told that you don’t accept Post Bank cards. I’m not sure why as they’re Visa and legal tender and I had sufficient funds. I felt very humilated. All I wanted to buy were two pairs of tights, having walkie the mall flat looking for such items.
