St Cyprian’s Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols

St Cyprian’s Cathedral Choir will be singing the traditional Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols at 5-30 pm on Sunday 20 December 2015.

All are welcome.

About St Cyprian’s Cathedral

St Cyprian’s Cathedral is one of several Anglican parishes in the City of Kimberley and, as the seat of the Bishop, is the mother church to the Diocese of Kimberley and Kuruman (Anglican Church of Southern Africa).

The Cathedral is situated at 129 Du Toitspan Rd. Associated with the Cathedral is the St Cyprian’s Grammar School.

Sunday services:

• Cathedral Mass at 08:30
• Cathedral Choir sings Choral Evensong at 17:30 (with Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament following Evensong every first Sunday).

Weekday services:

• Monday Mass at 17:30
• Tuesday Mass (with the Bishop) at 08:00
• Wednesday Mass (BCP) at 09:00
• Thursday Mass at 10:00
• Friday Mass at 17:30
• Saturday Mass at 17:30

Grammar School Morning Prayer at 07:30 Mon-Thurs.

Cathedral is open for ‘oasis hour’ 13:30-14:30 Mon-Fri.

Choir: singers are welcome to join: Sopranos rehearse 18:00 Tuesdays; ATBs at 18:30 Wednesdays; Full practice 17:30 on Thursdays. Services: Mass and Choral Evensong on Sundays.
