    General Info:
    Please adhere to the Lockdown Regulations regarding groups, times of exercise and the wearing of face masks. Real athletes don’t cheat, please comply.
     
    All athletes participate on own risk.
    You may use a stationary bike.
     
    HOW TO LOG YOUR ACTIVITY:
    Take a picture or screenshot of your device or app after your activity and send it with your name, surname and ID number via WhatsApp to 071 070 8574. Please submit your activity before 8 June 2020. Results will be loaded onto Run Walk for Life’s website.
     
    Medals to all finishers can be collected by making arrangements with Willem Uys via WhatsApp.
