31 July 2026 at 11 York Street, Kimberley from 16:30 – 19:00 an extra R50 administration fee for late entries.
 
ENTRY FEES:
10km = R180
5km = R90
R20 less for seniors above 60 years & scholars – all events
(plus additional admin fee at checkout)
 
TEMPORARY LICENSE @ R70
CUT-OFF TIMES:
Cut-off time = 10km = 2h
5km = 1:5h
 
RACE PACK COLLECTIONS: 31 July 2026 from 16:30-19:00 at Suzuki, 11 York Street, Kimberley.
 
Runners from outside Kimberley may collect their race number on Race Day from 06:45-07:45
Proof of ID & online ticket will be a requirement for collection.
2nd Party collections must accompany a letter of request plus ID nr and contact nr.

ONLY RACE TAG COLLECTIONS FOR RUNNERS OUTSIDE KIMBERLEY WILL BE ALLOWED ON RACE DAY!!!

EVENT IS FOR LADIES ONLY
* Indemnity forms must be completed at race number collections for the limited late entries
* Online entries will confirm with an online indemnity form
* Runners participate at their own risk
* NB: PLEASE NOTE THAT NO RUNNER WILL BE ALLOWED TO WEAR ANY DEVICE THAT MAY IMPAIR HIS/HER HEARING: e.g. EARPHONES, IPODS OR ANY OTHER EARPIECES
 
AGW, ASA & WA RULES APPLY

• Photos will be taken of runners during the event and at the finish line and it will be shared in the media. Refer to the POPI Act
• Complimentary t-shirts for the first 120 entries – 10km only.
• No personal info of runners will be shared, refer to the POPI ACT
• Race package includes your race tag – it must be collected before the race
• Category plus Walker tags is compulsory to receive prize money – one walker tag & age tag pinned in front & one each on the back & visible. You can buy a Walker tag online.
• If a prize winner cannot be at the prize giving function, she must arrange who to collect on her behalf
• Medals to all finishers in all races
• Minimum ages: 10km = 14 years) & 5km = 9 years
• Water points every 3km on the route

* POPI Act 2021:
Kimberley Harriers undertakes to follow the POPIA to process your Personal Information for the race results. All forms or race tags will be shredded 4 weeks after the event. You also hereby agree to give consent to be photographed at the event and photos to be shared on social media and in newspapers.
