Starting in Kimberley, the RIDE2THEKAROO100Miler mountain biking race offers an ultimate adventure for thrill-seekers on the 31st August. The race covers a distance of 166km and guarantees a challenging yet exhilarating experience, transforming participants into true mountain biking legends. The route is not technical, but it will test the endurance and strength of the riders as they conquer the gravel roads and hills that make up the Northern Cape terrain. From Kimberley, riders will head to Hopetown, passing through picturesque landscapes and breathtaking views of the Karoo.
 
The race begins at the John Dory’s Kimberley in Kimberley and ends at Klipkraal Guest Farm in the heart of the Northern Cape. Riders will be treated to stunning scenery throughout the route, with highlights including the vast open plains of the Karoo and the rugged hills that are characteristic of the Northern Cape.
