    NOCCI is hosting a Trauma & Stress Management Training Session presented by Monique Strydom & Leanore Louw.
     
    Over time, exposure to stress can take a toll on the mental and physical health of staff members. This training session will equip staff with the skills to manage and control stress effectively, promote self esteem, job effectiveness and good interpersonal relationships.
