      Hi
I am aTanzanian who happened to stop at your store in Kimberley at Diamond pavillion #Jet to buy shoes for my grandson as I was heading to the counter to pay one of your male workers came to me and greeted me when he noticed that Im not a South African from my accent he asked me for my passport he further went on saying that I can not buy anything without providing my IDs and if I have a property in Kimberley etc I told him that I’m here for a short visit I’m visiting a friend who is from here and besides that where I come from we don’t walk around with passports and this is the first store someone is asking for my passport so he finally let me pay and it was only 40Zar. Well at the counter I met a welcoming lady who even offered me a jet card as much as I told her we don’t have Jet stores in Tanzania
The bottom line is I felt so discriminated humiliated and offended in my soil (Africa) and it has been my first experience so far and I’ve never experienced in other countries/continents
My advise is please train your workers to be nice to everyone regardless where they come from as long as they are good customers besides we are all human beings we are all the same
I’m glad that I found a place to say my peace as it has been bothering since Thursday the 9thNov around 1Pm
and I’ve also spoke on behalf of my fellow victims who have no where to complain
      Thank you
      Bupe
