    ​Kimberley Bootamp is for adults of all ages and all levels of fitness, who want to get into great shape!

    Bootcamp is an hour-long session that incorporates strength training, cardio, endurance and stretching by a Certified Personal Trainer.

    CLASSES
    During Bootcamp all recruits will be doing stretches, weightlifting, push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, military style drills, strength workouts using dumbbells, medicine balls, circuit training, running drills, obstacle courses and whatever other surprises we have in store for that day.

    We try to make the workouts fun and challenging at the same time.The more effort you put into the class, the more results you will get out of it.
    
    
    You don’t have to be in shape to join Bootcamp – getting you in shape is our job!
    
    You only have to bring a good attitude and a
    willingness to try your best!

    FACILITY
    We do indoor and outdoor training. All equipment is supplied for each training session.
