Two weeks ago I wanted to buy a sneaker from a sportscene branch at the Water Front in Bloemfontein. the salesman informed me that they did not have any stock.
the following day I went to sportscene in Kimberley in the CBD, the lady gave the store at the Water Front a call to get the code for this sneaker and Water Front advised that they do have stock and will courier it.
the saleslady at Sportscene Kimberley CBD advised that it will only take about five days for the sneaker to arrive in Kby.
I had to pay courier costs for poor service delivery of at Water Front.
But to top it up to date I am still waiting on Sportscene Kimberley CBD to give me a call….
