BRAND HISTORY
Spitz acquired the Kurt Geiger trademark for South Africa after Anthony Spitz visited the stand-alone store abroad and felt the image and offering of the Kurt Geiger brand would fit the South African market and the Spitz mother brand perfectly.

The range was expanded very soon after the introduction some thirty years ago to include male apparel and accessories to complement the footwear selection. This range extension has allowed Kurt Geiger to develop into a leading icon brand in the South African market.
