  • Department of Motor Vehicle Registration & Testing Station in Kimberley Northern Cape.
     
    Requirements to renew a Code B Driver’s Licence:
    Completed Green Form or you can fill it in at the premises (easier doing so beforehand)
    ID Copy and original ID as well
    Eye test report from Optometrist (they still have their own machine, but its easier getting from the Optometrist)
    R135 (price as at July 2021)
     
    Printed ID Photos are only needed if you need a Temporary Driver’s Licence as well.
     
    Please note the above does not include PrDP licencing, only standard Code 08 Licence.

      I have tried all available numbers to no avail. There is simply no answer. I need to know the stations operating hours under Level 3 as well as costs for a drivers lisence renewal and how many photographs to take as well as if an eye test at optometrist is accepted

      Good afternoon. Since this morning I’ve been trying to call your offices, but no answer. I just wanted to find out about the learner’s licenses that will be expiring for this year in July are they also extended as those ones that were supposed to have expired last year? Because my learner’s was issued on the 05th of July 2020 and is expiring on the 04th of July 2020.
