The Northern Cape Mental Health Hospital in collaboration with Kimberley Harriers Running Club is hosting a mental health walk this Saturday 20 November 2021 at 07:30 to raise awareness for mental illness.
Entry is entirely free and there are many great prizes from local sponsors up for grabs. Please show your support and join us at Trim Park this Saturday as we walk together in unity to break the stigma attached to mental illness!
