Top country singers coming to Kimberley for toe-tapping show
 
The cream of South Africa’s country music crop is in Kimberley this month for a thigh-slapping, toe-tapping Country Bonanza. The show brings together legends of South African country music including Lance James, Tommy Dell, Barbara Ray, Manie Jackson, Clive Bruce and Jody Wayne.
 
René Scholtz, the PR and Promotions Manager at Flamingo Casino, says: “With some of the biggest names in South African country music gracing our stage, we are expecting a capacity crowd for the upcoming Country Bonanza. Country music fans are in for a superlative treat with six of South Africa’s very best country performers on the bill.”
 
Lance James, Barbara Ray, Clive Bruce, Tommy Dell and Jody Wayne, are Gold and Platinum album sellers, multi award winners, TV, radio and stage stars, and tour throughout South Africa constantly. Lance James has stacked up no less than six Lifetime Achievement Awards for his contribution and dedication to the music industry. Manie Jackson is a Triple Gold, Double Platinum performer.
 
As tickets and parking will be limited, fans are urged to purchase their tickets in advance at Computicket or at Flamingo’s cash Desk. Tickets are R100 per person. The uplifting, outdoor country music spectacular on 20 October 2018 will kick off at 15h30 on Flamingo’s Festival Lawns. Show-goers are welcome to bring umbrellas, camping chairs and picnic blankets. Food and drinks will be on sale. No cooler boxes with food and beverages may be brought into the event.
