      I had a problem with my swiss knife and went to the manager of the store in Kimberley. He imediatly took the knife and sent it to be repaired. The knife came back and there was stil problem with it. I show it to him and he sent it in again. Today 19 December 2018 I went to the store and spoke to Jacques the manager again. He told me that they had replace it with new knife and gave me the new knife. I just want to thank Jacques for the professional way that he had handle my situation. He is a great manager for this shop. Thanks again Jacques.

      Swakste diens wat ek nog ooit van enige besigheid ontvang het.
      Bestuurder uiters sarkasties en arrogant.

      Ongelukkig het ek ‘n weersin in alle Trappers takke ontwikkel.
