Honestly the worst service!!!! Sisters / Staff are rude and obnoxious! They don’t know what they are doing. I normally have to diagnose myself in order for them to understand whats “wrong” with me!
I do not understand why we have to wait over 30min + just to receive our monthly medication! … When you ask them as to why or whats going on they get rude and irritated with you as well as don’t give you any explanation.
Poor poor service! Rude, unfriendly and extremely unprofessional!
I hate city cIinic I’ve never been in such a clinic before, everything is bad about that clinic. Nurses i very rude they don’t know how to talk with people, in fact they don’t know to do their job even the receptionists are unprofessional. I suggest that the management must take action and make sure that everything is under control before is too late. Shame I feel sorry for poor elders.
Sisters rude and obnoxious, impatient and don’t have a clue what they’re talking about. Cleanliness 0 out of 10, Service 0 out of ten, Timelines 1 out of 10, Treatment quality 0 out of 10, Value – don’t know because medication out of stock, and since when can any sister issue medication if she is not a qualified pharmacist? No pride being taken in being part of a necessary and valued function.
The don’t know how to treat people. Health departnent must do something about it be for is too late.
Dear sir or madam I work at spar in town and today in the morning I visited The clinic and I was turned away by one of your employees who told me to go back to phutanang clinic even though I was at work.to my surprise one of the security who also works at spar who is staying at club 2000 was helped so I just want to know whether it is allowed to treat people differently or not.
