  • Butlers Hotel School offers accredited City & Guilds of London Diploma Courses for Food Preparation and Culinary Arts and in Food and Beverage management.

    These qualifications are recognized and sought after both in South Africa and internationally. The course provides students with sound culinary training as well as excellent practical on-the-job experience in Butler’s Restaurant. The courses are conducted at the premises at the Big Hole Centre. The Hotel School is led by Executive Chef – Daniel Williams, who has 5 star local and international experience.

    Butlers Hotel school was formed in February 2009.
    During May 2014 Butlers Hotel School moved the premises of the Estate Private Hotel to the Big Hole Centre opposite the Occidental Bar (The Ox)
